OzPolitics has been off the air for more than a day now, no doubt missed by his many devout polblog readers. I, for one, am suffering withdrawal pangs.

This is the message from the rather ominous looking URL http://nudge.jumba.net.au/suspended.page/
With the MSM taking a beating over the last week or so from blogs for range and depth of critical commentary on the accelerated unravelling of the federal government, has the evil hand of HowardCo shut him down? I’m sure it’s just a server/hosting issue but any news would be welcome.

Some minor down time perhaps, Ozpolitics seems to be running well at present.
I must confess to also being a Brian Palmer fan, if you ever want a graph on anything psephological, he has it.

I’ve been learning about Drupal as a publishing platform. It has some great possibilities and I’m playing with an idea for it. It’s pretty obtuse in that it’s a platform developed by php fiends, but at the same time it has powerful data manipulation abilities. Designing layouts is a tricky and technical science that tends to elude mere mortals such as I. Still, I’ll keep dabbling and if I can get something together I’d like you to have a preview.
